1 Definitions & Applicability

In these terms and conditions, "Platform" refers to the tl99 website, mobile version and all services operated under it. "User" or "you" refers to any visitor or active account holder, whether registered or unregistered, on the platform. "We", "us" or "tl99" refers to the authority operating this platform.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you agree to all provisions of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

tl99 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will try to notify users by email.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation on the tl99 platform is only for those aged 21 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. tl99 may request necessary documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, tl99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in tl99 closing the account. If any information changes, the user is required to notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. tl99 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

tl99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no facility for transactions in any foreign currency.

3.4 Transaction Verification

In the interest of preventing suspicious activity or money laundering, tl99 may temporarily suspend any transaction or request a national identity card and related documents.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tl99 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳16,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• An offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly from the account — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• tl99 reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, tl99 may close the account.

4.4 VIP Program

tl99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%; Silver — up to 1.0%; Gold — up to 1.5%. Tiers are upgraded based on regular active play. VIP benefits may change at tl99's discretion.

5 Game & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

tl99 is committed to fair play. All games are operated using technology from certified software providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that every result is completely unbiased.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing automated bets using any software or bot.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the platform's system.
• Intentional abuse or manipulation of bonus terms.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error or disruption, tl99 will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount. However, if an error in a bet result is identified due to a technical issue, that bet will be considered void.

6 Responsible Gaming

tl99 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. Users can set their own deposit limits, session limits and use the self-exclusion feature.

9 Limitation of Liability

tl99 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, tl99 will not be held liable for the following:

• Service disruption caused by third-party technical issues.
• Account information being compromised due to user negligence.
• Game issues caused by the user's internet connection being lost.
• Betting losses resulting from the user's own decisions.

In the event of any dispute or complaint, tl99's decision will be considered final. However, we are committed to resolving issues through a fair and transparent process at all times.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Bonus balances with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited before the account is closed.

10.2 At tl99's Discretion

In cases of terms violation, fraud, suspected money laundering or platform abuse, tl99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice.

11 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the relevant legal process will be followed. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in the region from which they are using the platform.
